I can access my books on my Samsung Galaxy or my daughters kindle fire, I can surf, the web, email, facebook, play games...you name it. And one other thing that I just love about the ebooks, I can highlight a word and immediately find out the meaning. No underlining and putting it off till I find a dictionary.

I was stuck on paper books for a very long time, but now that I've discovered the kindle fire, I really like it. I won't totally give up paper books though. They don't need recharging.Jewel Amethysthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14813773386476356666noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5594341074652821017.post-88432232065392215562013-03-11T14:55:36.660-04:002013-03-11T14:55:36.660-04:00Dedicated e-readers are definitely on the way out,...Dedicated e-readers are definitely on the way out, I think, since gadgets with a multiplicity of functions, including that of the e-reader, are already all over the place. Beyond that--your guess is as good as mine.

Still love my paper books, though.Liane Spicerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05035607144500219524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5594341074652821017.post-26338413903728061832013-03-09T19:18:02.890-05:002013-03-09T19:18:02.890-05:00Lol. The place was dark but thank God I had my daughter's kindle. I was able to complete my reading. The new technology is really great. But just when you think nothing can top it, new technology does.Jewel Amethysthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14813773386476356666noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5594341074652821017.post-89382013767007049762013-03-09T18:23:31.417-05:002013-03-09T18:23:31.417-05:00It is amazing how quickly the world has changed ev...It is amazing how quickly the world has changed even in my lifetime. I fought the ebook revolution, stubbornly defending the heft and pages of a "real" book. But, after I was gifted a Kindle, I have to admit, I'm hooked now. The other night I couldn't sleep and grabbed my real book from the library and was disappointed by the lack of backlight. ;)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00741349796538313075noreply@blogger.com
